The National Speed Lifesaving Championships (NSLC), the largest competition of its kind in the UK, sees lifesaving athletes aged 12 and upwards from across the UK and Ireland competing for national titles in what is the only sport that has a humanitarian foundation.

Our 2024 event saw us make our debut at the fantastic Sandwell Aquatic Centre so we’re excited to share that we have secured the venue again for 2025! More information will follow soon, so until then please save the date and we will look forward to seeing you there!
